The Tipperary PPN (Public Participation Network) is a collective of all the community, voluntary, social inclusion, and environmental groups in Tipperary. It was established in 2014, following the Local Government and reform act 2014. The PPN provides an opportunity for the community voice to be represented on Tipperary County Council Committees and various other boards and committees throughout the County structure. The PPN also runs training courses for member groups and shares information about funding, grants, consultations, and other relevant activities. In 2019 Tipperary PPN commenced its wellbeing visions in each Municipal district, creating a vision for Tipperary to be the best place it can be.
